Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order and a shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products, order values, or locations from time to time.
Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations.
Estimated Delivery Time
We currently ship across India.
Estimated delivery timelines are:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
You can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Courier partner operational issues
Crave Gift is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make every effort to keep customers informed regarding significant delays.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order placement.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
Delivery delays may occur.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Orders returned due to incorrect address details may require customers to pay additional shipping fees before re-dispatch.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photographs of the package and product immediately upon receipt.
Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and supporting photographs.
After verification, we will assist with an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Lost Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if the shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution based on the outcome of the investigation.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
